SIA Response Officers

TO APPLY: SIA Response Officers Applicants Must Hold A Valid SIA / DS Licence and have an NVQL 2 in Spectator Safety

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies or disturbances
• Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
• Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience working in the Event Security Sector as a Security
  Supervisor
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Most hold an active and in date SIA Licence (SG,DS,CP)
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible in working hours including weekends, bank holidays & evenings
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred
