We are looking for CCTV operators to work across a variety of our locations.

Responsibilities:
- The CCTV Operator will be expected to have agile dexterity and be quick thinking in their approach to monitor and operate a variety of CCTV cameras providing coverage throughout the area of the chosen site.
- You must be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism whilst experiencing sensitive, pressurised and stressful situations, maintaining confidentiality of data, using radios and other associated equipment within the CCTV Control Room.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies or disturbances
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- The CCTV Operator must be willing to be flexible within the team to cover a Rota including 12-hour shifts, spanning the 24 period throughout the whole year.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience working in the SIA Security Sector as a SIA Security
Officer or similar - Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Most hold an active and in date SIA Licence (SG,DS,CP)
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible in working hours including weekends, bank holidays & evenings
