McKenzie Arnold Group is NOW looking to Part Time Casual Event and Football Stewards for work at Events, and Stadiums with the opportunity for additional assignments throughout the UK.
We are welcoming applications from people that would like to join us at McKenzie Arnold Group as Part Time Casual Event / Football / Stadiums Event Stewards.
Our Event / Football / Stadium / Festival Safety Team are the lifeblood of our company and a vital part of any event or venue’s Security, Safety, and Customer Service Team. So, this position is only open to the right candidates that have enthusiasm and a desire to work and those that can meet the company’s strict recruitment criteria.
Our team members can also enjoy working at both inside and outdoor events and venues, throughout the United Kingdom including: London & the South East, The Midlands and East Anglia. There is also the added opportunity to work at premium Events and Venues including the British Grand Prix, the Notting Hill Carnival and others if you so choose.
The type of work is varied and is as and when required.

We fully understand the Stewarding and Security Industry and the needs of our team members, and as such we really don’t mind you working for other companies as long as people act professionally and meet their commitments with us that’s what is most important.
What you will be doing
- Perform pre and post event checks
- Assist with safe and effective ingress, egress and queue management
- Enforce venue policies and procedures
- Pass, accreditation, and ticket checks
- Monitor spectators for signs of distress, overcrowding and inappropriate behaviour, and report these to the on-shift supervisor
- Be vigilant, identify potential hazards and suspicious behaviour, and report to the on-shift supervisor
- Assist with evacuation and invacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
- Ensure health and safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to by all stakeholders
- Understand and complete general stewarding responsibilities
Our team of Event / Football / Stadium / Festival Event Stewarding Team Members:
- Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Spectator Safety Qualification (or equivalent) but don’t worry
- if you don’t have one yet, we will help and support you to gain this vital qualification, prior to deployment.
