Martin Jackson

Head of Operations


The Operations Manager of the McKenzie Arnold Group is Martin Jackson who has 25 years of experience in managing complex Security, Visitor Management and Crowd Control projects.

Martin Jackson has performed the role of Silver Commander level and the Senior Project Manager responsible for Visitor Management for Notting Hill Carnival since 2013

Appointed by Transport for London he was the Contract Lead and Manager of the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games Last Mile Operation, with a Project value of £5 million and which involved 1,500 SIA Security staff and Stewards throughout the Games.

Martin Jackson has performed the role of the Contract Security Manager for the Donington Park, Thruxton, Brands Hatch and Cadwell Park Motor Racing Circuits.

He was the Security Manager of Formula E London Event in 2015.

Martin Jackson has performed the role of Silver Commander and Project Manager for 100’s of events at Westfield Stratford City.

Martin Jackson has provided Close Protection services for numerous VIPs including the Dalai Lama, Bollywood Stars, International Footballers and other Sporting Celebrities.

Martin has attended the Metropolitan Police Training College at Hendon to undertake Situation and Crisis Management Training.

Claire Stephens

Accounts and Office Manager


The Accounts and Office Manager for the McKenzie Arnold Group is Claire Stephens. Claire is an experienced Accounts, Office Manager and Security Team Leader with over 10 years’ experience of delivering Visitor Management solutions.  She has first class customer service skills and abilities and this has been demonstrated in her long lasting relationships with our customers.

Claire has a wealth of experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing employee standards. She is extremely personable and is used to dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

Peter Vorberg

Planning and Risk Manager


The Planning and Risk Manager for the McKenzie Arnold Group is Peter Vorberg. Peter is a very well respected executive with a proven track record for delivering success in fast expanding, highly demanding businesses with senior management experience with some of the UK’s most prestigious retailers, managing all aspects of their Security, Loss Prevention, Business Continuity and Risk Management programmes including for Aquascutum, Harvey Nichols and Selfridges and Amazon UK

Peter had an exemplary 18-year career in the Royal Military Police and is a Member of the Association of Security Consultants and provides specialist security consultancy services to organisations around the world, which has included developing operational and emergency procedures for clients, including St. Katharine’s Dock, Bloomberg’s London Headquarters, Broadgate Quarter.  He also advises businesses on risks from terrorism, civil disturbances and Animal Rights Extremists.  He is also the former Chairman of the West End Crime Partnership and has provided consultancy services to the New West End Company, Heart of London and the Victoria Business District.  He has extensive knowledge of security systems and physical protection measures, designing unified security solutions for organisations, including the London Stadium, McLaren, Amazon, Selfridges, Matches Fashion, Primark, Volvo UK, and Sony.

Wes Taylor

Operations Manager


Wes Taylor is one of the McKenzie Arnold Group Operations Managers. Wes has worked for MAG for a number of years and is a capable event Operations Manager. Wes is an excellent communicator, motivator and strives to deliver a first-class level of service.  He has an excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.  He also possess excellent leadership and influencer skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff and develop a strong team culture

Wes has been the Operations Manager on 100s of events managed by the McKenzie Arnold Group including; Motor Racing Circuits, Music Festivals and Westfield Stratford City. Wes has worked as a Bronze Commander at a number of Notting Hill Carnivals.

Jeremy Kenyon

Operations Manager


Jeremy Kenyon is one of the McKenzie Arnold Group Operations Managers. Jeremy Kenyon has been working as a member of the Management Team since 2016. He was employed by G4S during the Olympic Games and had overall responsibility for in-venue security of all of the sporting venues on the Olympic Park – managing a team in excess of 1000 officers and one of 3 Senior G4S Managers authorised to represent G4S at daily Briefings during both the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2012.

Subsequent to the Olympics, Jeremy was employed by the Vision Security Group as an Account Director for Westfield – responsible for managing Westfield sites in Stratford, Shepherds Bush, Derby and Belfast. As an Operations Manager for the McKenzie Arnold Group Jeremy has been involved in the planning and delivery of the Security and Stewarding provision for Notting Hill Carnival for the past 6 years and acts as the Stewarding Representative with the Notting Hill Carnival Event Liaison Team and deputises as Silver Lead for Martin Jackson.  He has completed the Crowd Dynamics residential course at the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College in York and has also attended the Met. Police Hydra Training immersive training.

Adrian Hodgson

Health and Safety Advisor


The Lead Advisor on all Health and safety Issues is Adrian Hogson MCIEH, who is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health who has extensive knowledge and experience in the Event Industry.  Recognised within the industry as an expert he has provided consultancy services for the Health and Safety Executive compiling guidance on Event Management.  He previously worked for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and produced their Events Strategy and has operated as the Local Authority Event Safety Manager for major events in the Capital.

Adrian is an experienced Environmental Health, Licensing and Events/Venues Operations Manager.  He has a proven track record in managing complex, challenging multiple stakeholder projects in London and the rest of the UK.  He is an extremely versatile, resourceful London Local Authority and Private Sector Senior Manager and Environmental Health Consultant who has advised CEOs, Directors, Councillors, Senior Leadership Teams and Government members, providing expert guidance on event planning, management, safety and multi-agency co-ordination.

Mike Jackson

Managing Director


The Managing Director of the McKenzie Arnold Group is Mike Jackson, MBE, MBA, DMS, FCMI.  For the past seven years he has overseen the Strategic Management of the business overseeing numerous complex Visitor Management solutions. This includes Notting Hill Carnival, Westfield City Stratford and a number of motor racing circuits.

Mike Jackson served for 35 years with the Essex Police attaining the rank of Chief Superintendent. For twenty years Mike was a member of the Criminal Investigation Department. During his police career he was the Logistics Commander on two Hi-Jacking incidents at Stansted Airport and was the Silver Commander on numerous Terrorist and Public Order Incidents.

Mike is an experienced and accomplished Programme and Project Manager and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute

For the past 40 years Mike has been the Chairman and Trustee of a Registered Charity, which provides sporting opportunities and facilities for children with special needs.  He has personally arranged all the fund-raising events, which to date have raised over £2.5 million for the charity.
