The McKenzie Arnold Security Service was established in 2000. It is a private limited company operating across the whole security industry providing a quality Security Service.

McKenzie Arnold Security Services are innovative and competitive. The McKenzie Arnold Security service is specifically tailor-made to the individual needs of the client.

McKenzie Arnold Security benefits by not being constrained by the organisational structures that control larger companies. McKenzie Arnold Security is dynamic and flexible enough to accommodate to all the clients' requirements, without compromising its rigidly enforced ISO 9001 quality assurance system. This allows Senior Management to concentrate a 'hands on' approach to large assignments.

McKenzie Arnold Security has an experienced and professional management team with individuals drawn from the senior ranks of the Armed Forces, the Police and from the private security industry.

McKenzie Arnold Security understands the importance of consistency and maintaining the client's point of contact. The client's management team will wherever possible stay the same throughout the duration of the contract.

90% of a Security Service company's resources are people and as such McKenzie Arnold Security re-invest in its security officers by keeping them well trained, well motivated and focused in their work.

All staff are rigorously, vetted and screened to the British Standard 7858, including a twenty year reference period, personal and professional referees and prior work experience assessment.

The Senior Management team

Managing Director – Martin Jackson BA (Hons)
Mr Jackson has 15 years experience in the security industry and has been Managing Director of McKenzie Arnold Security for the Last 5 years. Mr Jackson is regularly requested by McKenzie Arnold clients as project leader on major security assignments including international events and sporting occasions. Mr Jackson is Responsible for Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.

Event Security Manager - Dave Coleman
A seasoned Event Security Manager with over 5 years service at McKenzie Arnold Security. Dave has a varied experience of running large events including major UK motorcycle events at Major UK motor racing circuits. His Door Supervisor background has brought a controlling influence over all the assignments that he operates.

Event Security Manager - Ben Mayo
Ben is a graduate of Portsmouth University and has been working for McKenzie Arnold for the last 2 years before moving into a management role. Ben is responsible for the training and induction of new staff and has a portfolio of security assignments that includes Riverside TV studios and Blenheim Palace.

Office and Administration Manager - Danielle King
Danielle has worked for McKenzie Arnold for over 6 years, Danielle has a leisure and entertainment background and is well versed in setting up bespoke administration processes, providing the platform for employment, vetting and training delivery.

Operations Manager - Heidi Pettet
Heidi undertakes a key role in our office and is backbone of and the primary contact for the correct and accurate administration of our operational planning and manning requirements. Heidi has had a robust security career and has worked for major PLC’s before joining McKenzie Arnold Security.
